Driving Directions from Vancouver:

  1. Take Hwy 14 east.
  2. Go through 2 stoplights at Union and 2nd Streets.
  3. At third stoplight, turn left onto Washougal River Road.
  4. Proceed on Washougal River Road through the first stoplight.
  5. Turn right at next intersection ('C' Street).
  6. Go down 'C' Street about a block and a half.
  7. Library is on your left in the complex that includes City Hall.
