Poetry Workshop
Vancouver Community Library (upstairs in Young Adult section) Thursday, January 3, 7:00 p.m. Monthly drop-in workshop for all ages, taught by local poets. Bring pen and paper and come prepared to write and share poems. Led by Rivkah Loewus. Open-Mic Poetry Night Vancouver Community Library Wednesday, January 9, 7:00 p.m. All ages and voices welcome. The Stitchery Group Ridgefield Community Library Wednesdays in January from 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. A free, informal weekly drop-in get-together. Any stitchery-type hobby is welcome including mending projects. Knit-In Vancouver Mall Community Library Wednesday, January 9 and 23, 6:00-7:30 p.m. Open to anyone who likes to knit or wants to learn. Volunteers will be available to teach and assist.
