Branch Manager 1—Stevenson Community Library

Fort Vancouver Regional Library District (FVRL) is recruiting for a creative and community-focused Branch Manager to provide leadership at our Stevenson Community Library, one of 15 libraries throughout our district.

The Branch Manager is involved in the day-to-day operations of the branch as well as serving as the face of the library district within Skamania County, helping lead community outreach and relationship building in the city and rural communities in the county. This position manages a small team of six employees (5.65 FTE) along with the Branch Supervisor. Besides managing the Stevenson branch, this position is also in charge of two other outlets: North Bonneville Community Library and the Skamania County Bookmobile.

This opening is due to the retirement of the current branch manager, who has been with Stevenson Community Library for over six years and worked for the district for over 30 years.

The compensation for this position begins at $55,453 per year with an excellent benefits package including health insurance benefits, life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment, short term and long term disability benefits, Washington State PERS retirement and paid time off.
