  • Preserving Jams, Jellies and Chutneys

    Kendra Pearce, founder of the Urban Farm School, will present a basic introduction to saving the garden's harvest using a variety of techniques. "Pickling and Fermentation" will be held on Saturday, May 1 from 10 am - 12 pm. Both classes will include information about health and safety, appropriate canning supplies and recipes.
