FVRL reviews new state guidelines

On October 6, updates to the WA Safe Start plan were announced, allowing libraries the option for indoor activity in Phase 2 at 25% capacity or less, and in Phase 3 at 50% capacity. FVRLibraries is reviewing the state’s guidelines and working on plans and protocols to accommodate this recent change at our library locations. The health and safety of our staff and patrons is our top priority as we assess these new rules.

When we are able to partially provide indoor service, you can expect in-person holds pickup at most locations, with additional services such as limited computer access and browsing being offered as we are able to support and sustain them. Physical distancing and health protocols will remain in place. Curbside pickup of materials, online services, and virtual programming will continue through all phases. We'll announce more details and dates when plans are finalized.
