Branch Manager 1—La Center Community Library

Fort Vancouver Regional Library District (FVRL) is looking for an energetic and forward-thinking Branch Manager to provide leadership at our La Center Community Library, one of 15 library locations throughout our district.

The Branch Manager is involved in the day-to-day operations of the branch as well as serving as the face of the library district in the city of La Center and surrounding area, forming partnerships and building relationships with local government, businesses, organizations and schools. The Branch Manager leads and develops a team of five employees (3.8 FTE), serving the public with circulation and information needs, conducting programming, and attending community events as the library representative.

The compensation for this position begins at $55,453 per year with an excellent benefits package including health insurance, life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment, short-term and long-term disability benefits, Washington State PERS retirement and paid time off.
