2010 Summer Reading Survey

Who is eligible to participate?

Teens age 12 (by August 31) or going into 7th grade through age 19 or going into 12th grade.

What do I get?

When you have read for 10 hours, you earn a $5 book gift card or an entry into the Grand Prize Drawing! The first time you turn in a journal, you get both a gift card and a drawing entry.

Limit 4 book cards per person, but unlimited entries into the Grand Prize Drawing.

Prizes must be claimed by August 31

Grand prizes include electric guitar, iPod, Flip video camera, Netbook computer, Wii and mountain bike. Photos shown are representations of the prizes, the actual items may differ.
