If you are looking for space to hold a non-library program or meeting, please see our Public Meeting Rooms information.
The Fort Vancouver Regional Library District provides programming for all ages at all branch libraries throughout the year. FVRL welcomes suggestions for programs which support the Library’s mission and which complement our collections, services, and goals. Library-sponsored programs may include performances, classes, workshops, forums or other educational, recreational or cultural activities.
If you are interested in presenting at our libraries, please fill out the form below. Your proposal will be routed to the appropriate staff member for review. You will only be contacted if the program meets our guidelines and fits our programming needs, schedule, and budget. Submission does not guarantee acceptance.
- All library-sponsored events are free and open to the public.
- Planning and publicity begins at least 4 months before the program date.
- Products or services may not be sold during presentations at the Library. However, the sale of works by presenters such as books, music or artwork may be allowed immediately before or after the presentation with prior arrangement.
Information for Authors
Author events are limited to authors whose publications are included in the FVRL collection. To have your title considered for purchase by the Library, please read through our Guidelines for Authors and Publishers and then use our Suggest a Purchase form.
