Yale Valley Library District contracts with FVRLibraries to provide access to material and services. Yale Precinct (Cowlitz County) residents are issued an FVRLibraries account. Yale Precinct may take advantage of other services at Yale Valley Community Library and nearby FVRLibraries locations.
