A reciprocal account is a free library card you can get at another library system because of FVRLibraries’ reciprocal agreements. If you are an FVRLibraries resident (including Yale Precinct), you can sign up at participating libraries and use their collections and services. You’ll check out and return items at the library system that issued the card, and their rules or requirements may be different from ours.
