Seeking Artwork for 2026 Artists of the Gorge Show

Submission deadline is September 9, 2026

 

Stevenson Community Library is seeking artists from across the Columbia River Gorge to contribute original works to its annual juried exhibit.

Entry into the competition is free. All submissions must be delivered to Stevenson Community Library by Wednesday, September 9, 2026.

2026 Key Dates

  • Wednesday, September 9: Submission deadline. All submissions are to be made in person at Stevenson Community Library.
  • Saturday, October 3, 6pm: Opening reception at Stevenson Community Library.
  • October 3–30: Exhibit is open to the public during Stevenson Community Library open hours.

Selection Process

Two distinguished members of the art community will be serving as jurors:

Kathleen Roulet
Kathleen is a fiber artist who creates visually expressive works from her photographs and drawings. She is a member of the Columbia River Gorge Quilters' Guild and Beyond the Block Art Quilters of the Gorge.

Jodi Wright
Jodi has been drawing all of her life, but stepped into the world of oil painting a couple of years ago with a focus on realistic, impressionistic portraits. She continues to offer custom graphite and pastel portraits. She is an active, exhibiting member of the Columbia Gorge Artists League.
