You must have a residential address in Clark, Cowlitz, Klickitat, Skamania, Clackamas, Hood River, Multnomah, or Washington counties to use this form. If you don’t, please apply for an account in person at a FVRL library.
- Accounts in all counties listed except for Cowlitz will be able to access the digital collection immediately, and have a limit of three holds and checkouts from the physical collection.
- Accounts with addresses in Cowlitz County will need to be verified by staff before the account may be used. An account fee may be due, depending upon the tax district of the address.
- Account holders wishing to borrow more than three physical items may upgrade to a full privileges account by showing proof of address at any FVRL library.
