Small Works

Fort Vancouver Regional Library District maintains its Small Works Roster, Consultant Roster, and Vendor Roster in the MRSC Rosters online database. Interested businesses wishing to work with FVRL, please apply by visiting the MRSC Rosters website at mrscrosters.org, signing up annually, and selecting Fort Vancouver Regional Library District in your application.

Prevailing Wage

All public works projects require prevailing wages. If you are selected for an FVRL project, you are required to use the Department of Labor and Industries' online portal to submit your intent and affidavit for payroll. Already registered? You can link to the L&I portal here to get started. Intents and affidavits are required prior to payment. Note: FVRL cannot hire any contractors who have been debarred by the State of Washington.

Fort Vancouver Regional Library District (FVRL) is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from highly qualified teams interested in providing professional Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing (MEP) engineering support services to support FVRL on an on-call/as-needed basis.
