Small Works
Fort Vancouver Regional Library District maintains its Small Works Roster, Consultant Roster and Vendor Roster in the MRSC Rosters online database. Interested businesses wishing to work with FVRL, please apply by visiting the MRSC Rosters website at mrscrosters.org, signing up annually, and selecting Fort Vancouver Regional Library District in your application.

Prevailing Wage
All public works projects require prevailing wages. If you are selected for an FVRL project, you are required to use the Department of Labor and Industries' online portal to submit your intent and affidavit for payroll. Already registered? You can link to the L&I portal here to get started. Intents and affidavits are required prior to payment. Note: FVRL cannot hire any contractors who have been debarred by the State of Washington.

Description
As afforded in RCW 39.80, Fort Vancouver Regional Libraries (FVRL) requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from experienced firms to provide on-call capital planning and project delivery services to fulfill Levy Lid Lift promises and support projects within our 10-year master facilities plan. FVRL needs include an Owner’s Representative (Program Manager), Architects, Engineers and Construction Managers. There is no minimum guarantee of work under this solicitation. Description
Fort Vancouver Regional Library District (FVRL) is seeking a janitorial team or a set of janitorial teams to provide routine services (cleaning two to seven times a week at each location) as well as specialty cleaning items such as windows and flooring (two to twelve times a year at each location listed). While our desire is to have one vendor provide services to all locations we’re open to other options. See the full request for proposal for details.
