Last year’s property tax levy lid lift made it possible to launch a new bookmobile for the Clark County community. Thanks to voter support, we’re now bringing library services directly to neighbors who may have trouble visiting a library branch. This summer, our temporary outreach vehicle visited nearly 50 locations, including senior centers, affordable housing communities, food banks, and youth clubs. 850 community members accessed books and learned about other free resources available with a library card.
Later this year, a new bookmobile will hit the road—offering a much larger collection of books and even more stops around Clark County. Want to request a visit? Learn more at: fvrl.org/locations/fv-bkc
