Clark County
AARP Clark County
This program is administered by the AARP Foundation in cooperation with the IRS and provides free income tax assistance. Trained volunteers are available to prepare and e-file your Federal and Oregon personal income tax returns and the WA Working Family Tax Credit application. Services are for all eligible taxpayers, regardless of age or income level (see full eligibility below).
*Note: Vancouver Community Library is walk-in only. Do not book an appointment if seeking services at Vancouver Community Library.
VITA Clark County
This program is administered by VITA in cooperation with the IRS and provides free income tax assistance. Trained volunteers are available to prepare and e-file your Federal and Oregon personal income tax returns and the WA Working Family Tax Credit application. Services are for people who generally make $70,000 annually or less, persons with disabilities, and limited English-speaking taxpayers (see full eligibility below).
AARP Facilitated Self-Assistance Clark County
Facilitated Self-Assistance (FSA) is designed for taxpayers who are comfortable using computers and preparing their own taxes but may want occasional help or do not want to purchase commercial tax software.
Skamania County

This program is administered by the AARP Foundation in cooperation with the IRS and provides free income tax assistance. Trained volunteers are available to prepare and e-file your Federal and Oregon personal income tax returns and the WA Working Family Tax Credit application. The Columbia Gorge AARP Foundation Tax-Aide program provides free tax return preparation services and counseling for taxpayers in the Columbia Gorge. They operate under the guidance and direction of their sponsor, the AARP Foundation Tax-Aide Program, which provides in-person and virtual tax assistance to anyone, free of charge, with a focus on taxpayers who are over 50 and have low to moderate income.
