You may use it at any FVRLibraries or Yale Valley Community Library. If you are a district resident or Yale Precinct resident, you may get a free card at participating reciprocal library systems.
In addition, as a member of the Metropolitan Interlibrary Exchange (MIX) and other reciprocal agreements, FVRLibraries makes it possible for FVRLibraries resident account holders (including Yale Precinct) to get a free account to use at nearby libraries. You'll need to register for a library account at each library system you'd like to use. Check out and return materials at the library or library system that issued the library account. Other library systems may have different registration requirements, rules, and fees. We have reciprocal agreements with these libraries:
How Reciprocal Library Cards Work
-
Register in person at each participating system (bring photo ID and proof of address; requirements vary).
-
Borrow and return items with that system.
-
