Fort Vancouver Regional Libraries appreciate your donations of money, time, and used books.
Contribute to the Foundation
Fort Vancouver Regional Library Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation that supports FVRLibraries in its mission by raising funds through fundraisers such as the annual Artists & Illustrators Dinner. Find out how to contribute to the Foundation—or donate now!
Join the Friends of the Library
Friends of the Library groups share a common bond of raising funds, awareness, and goodwill for the library, operating as 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations under the umbrella of the Foundation. Each Friends group supports a specific branch and has its own board of directors, by-laws, dues structure and activities. Ask at your library or take a look at this list to find your local Friends group—new members are always welcome at the monthly meetings.
Donate used books
Please note: the FVRL Foundation stopped accepting donated books effective March 31, 2023. For more information and related developments, check "Book Donations" on their website's "How to Contribute" page.
Do you have used books in good condition that you'd like to donate? Most local Friends of the Library groups accept book donations, each with different donation guidelines.* Donations are used for the popular Friends used book sales, with proceeds benefiting the library. If you have questions about the donation guidelines for a specific Friends of the Library group, please contact us.
*Please note: Effective October 10, 2023, Friends of North Bonneville and Stevenson Community Library are pausing book donations until further notice.
