What if the Libby app won't play my whole audiobook?

Sometimes a download isn't complete or gets interrupted, causing parts of a book to be missing. Often the problem can be cleared up by deleting and re-downloading.

Here's how to delete the file and re-download it.

  1. Connect your device to Wi-Fi.
  2. Open the Libby app, tap the shelf icon, find the problem book, then tap the rectangle with a checkmark in it to the right of the book.
  3. Tap “remove download.” Note: This will not return your book; it will still be checked out to you.
  4. When the circle changes to a cloud with an arrow, tap the cloud, then tap “Download”
