Kids Summer Reading
Summer Reading is all about the joy of engaging with stories and ideas. Graphic novels, audiobooks, magazines, chapter books, comics, picture books: if you’re reading or listening, it all counts! From picture books to audiobooks, every age group has their own way to participate; children track their reading to earn prizes, while teens and adults choose from a variety of prompts to engage with their library and community.
Children ages 0–12 are invited to take part in the Summer Reading Challenge by reading at least 40 days.
Read to yourself, read to a friend, listen to an audiobook, look at a picture book—the options are endless. Set your goal and do your best. What's more, all summer long our libraries will host programs and events to continue to feed your curiosity!
Teen & Adult Summer Reading
Teens and adults are invited to complete a variety of prompts to engage with reading and community. Go ahead, show off the reading champion we know you are!
In addition to the Summer Reading Challenge, we are hosting fun programs and events to continue to feed your curiosity.

Lectura de verano para niños
¡Niños de 0 a 12 años están invitados a participar en el Reto de Lectura de Verano leyendo al menos 40 días!
