Study rooms
Study room reservations are automatically confirmed, so once you've made one, simply come in to the library at the reserved time and ask at the desk.
Meeting rooms
When you request a meeting room reservation, you'll immediately receive an email confirming receipt of your request. We've seen email services move this email to spam, so please check your spam folder for a message from no-reply[at]fvrl.org and move the message to your inbox to make it an approved sender.
Once staff have had a chance to review your request (and possibly ask you for clarifying details), you'll receive an email message either approving or declining your reservation request. We aim to reply within seven days of receiving your request, but are often quicker.
