Friends of the Library Bookstore: Shop for gently used books at bargain prices during regular library open hours. Located in the lobby.
Teen Space: A room especially for youth ages 12-18
Early Learning Space: A space designed for young children that encourages exploration and aids in their development
Study rooms: Two private rooms for use in 2-hour periods, available on a first come, first served basis
Meeting rooms: The Community Room (103-person capacity) and one conference room (12-person capacity) are available when not in use for library events. Find out more.

1980: Interest in a branch for the Cascade Park area began to develop.
1993: Election (lid lift), a portion of which was for a new branch.
1996: Branch opened on February 28 on Hearthwood Boulevard.
2006: Bond measure passed and included funding for a larger Cascade Park library.
2009: New library opened on December 15 in the Firstenburg Community Center complex on 136th Avenue. Watch the video!
