Collection Review Request

The Board recognizes the right of individuals or groups to question materials in the collection and FVRL will give serious consideration to each request for review.

A formal material challenge is initiated when a fully completed copy of this Collection Review Request Form is received by FVRL. The review process follows FVRL's Collection Policy.

This form is only for residents within the Fort Vancouver Regional Library District service area for items owned by the District.
